It does not merely say, \u201cI will not cast out a sinner at his first coming,\u201d but, \u201cI will in no wise cast out.\u201d The original reads, \u201cI will not, not cast out,\u201d or \u201cI will never, never cast out.\u201d The text means, that Christ will not at first reject a believer; and that as he will not do it at first, so he will not to the last.
\nBut suppose the believer sins after coming? \u201cIf any man sin we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.\u201d But suppose that believers backslide? \u201cI will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for mine anger is turned away from him.\u201d But believers may fall under temptation! \u201cGod is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.\u201d But the believer may fall into sin as David did!
